This page will show you the different reports we offer and help you understand them

• Promotions - Distributor Cost
  Description: This report shows active promotions at a particular location over a date range.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• > Authorized Products
  Description: This report shows a list of authorized products by location and store.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Estimated Gross Profit
  Description: The “Estimated Gross Profit” report shows the cases sold by product, cost, and the suggested sales for the selected location. This report updates every 15 minutes.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Daily Cash Invoices
  Description: Here you can see cash transactions for the selected location and date range. Location operators can print this report and include it with any cash they turn in to the principal. This report updates every 15 minutes.

• Daily Sales
  Description: “Daily Sales” shows billing sales and cash sales for the selected location and date range. It includes a subtotal for each category and a grand total for that day or date range. This report updates every 15 minutes.

• Daily Settlement
  Description: This report shows the current distributor accounts receivable (DAR) balance with that day’s central billing sales and promotions transactions by location. Also included are any adjustments from the previous day—if they occur within the same zero-out period. This report updates once daily (for DAR balance & adjustments) and every 15 minutes (for sales & promotions transactions)

• Inventory Adjustment
  Description: Here you can see any inventory adjustments that have been made during an inventory count or adjustment (but not on invoice transactions). This report updates every 15 minutes.

• Inventory Value
  Description: Here you can check the amount and value of inventory—in the warehouse and on the truck for a selected location. This report updates every 15 minutes.

• Order History
  Description: “Order History” shows a history of orders by location for the last 6 order nights.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Promotion Weeks
  Description: This report shows the number of promotion weeks by store location and whether the wholesale distributor has gone over on the allowed number of weeks.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Returns—Daily Totals
  Description: Here you can see the dollar value for the amount of return transactions by day for the selected location and time frame.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Returns—Top Items
  Description: “Returns—Top Items” shows the products returned for a selected date range and location selected.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Sales by User
  Description: This report shows the sales for an individual user in units and dollars for the selected time period and date range. This report updates every 15 minutes.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu.

• Serviced Stores
  Description: “Serviced Stores” shows the scheduled stores by location that day with the time the store opens and the invoice amount. If you make a stop at an unscheduled store, that store will show up at the bottom of the list. This report updates every 15 minutes.

• Weekly Settlement
  Description: This report shows 2 weeks of DAR transactions and balance by location.
  Location: In the MyBusiness app, under Reports in the main menu. This report updates once daily.

• DAR Balance
  Description: Here you can see the current balance of all transactions that DAR has processed. DAR processes transactions every evening except Friday and Saturday. Transactions that occur on Friday and Saturday will be processed Sunday morning. Updates—Daily sales are processed once per day. Corrections update every 15 minutes. Known Issues—This report may not reflect all manual DAR entries. For example, when transactions are moved into this week but paid out in the next week, those payments will be omitted from the report.

  What: This report displays sales for seasonal products for the given time range and allows the user to customize the report to exclude certain products.
